You are only allowed to use your status card for fishing or hunting in tour treaty area, otherwise a liscense is required and MNR laws are applicable to said individual. Off topic abit but some of the treaty areas are friggen huge! Treaty 3 is where we fall, look it up, its quite large

I understand many business operate under certain rules. You're correct. They word it properly and dont exclude entire races from using their business. Happens up here too. Probably the one that gets abused moreso than anything is no alcohol. But almost everyone I know violates that rule. Worst they can do is call the authorities and or ban you from their services If someone possesses a status card and keeps 6 fish instead of 4, there is nothing you can do legally to enforce your rule. Thats just how it is. And I find it disturbing you have little issue with this guys actions other than he should have worded it better. Come on man

Ill just add, when I broke the choke switch on my Eskimo Shark auger(of course it broke its plastic lol) a board member on here suggested I contact them directly. Initailly I didnt as I purchased it second hand, but it was brand new. Anyhow I called them, zero quesions asked and within 5 days I had two metal replacements. Simple but customer service goes along ways. When this auger dies I will not hesitate to deal with Eskimo again
