  1. No, not at all. We are even now, cause the Nok-Out that i am carrying in my store is starting to sell really well.I have 3 customers selling reconditioned appliances, that tell me its great to remove odors from fridges that have been closed and not used for a period of time. And i sold some to a customer with dog meets skunk problems. Thank YOU my friend. Paul

  4. Ronny, Ronny, Ronny.......Ole Perch pockets.........i have your number now.....
  5. F1 code indicates sensor problem, but partial burner ignition indicates valve or burner problem. In this case there are 2 unrelated problems simultaneously affecting Cliffs range. Just the fact that the burner is lit, shows that the ignitor is working.
  6. give me the morning.i have a gas guy who owes me one i will pick his brain for you
  7. Ok guys.....here's the secret. Customer service. Pure and simple. Most parts companies have a call center. When you call, some young person answers the phone and asks the model number, and what part you need. Most have never seen a part in thier lives, and have never sat and had conversations with repair techs. If you are looking for advise, they freeze and say "Call a repair tech" I started in the shipping recieving of a major parts company 30 years ago.Touching and catalogueing parts. I can picture in my mind where the part goes and what it does in relation to the other parts. I train my people the same way.Even my wife, who does my accounting, can take calls and do look ups and is respected by the technicians who i supply. I have a big pot of coffee in my showroom, and repair guys stop in numerous times during the day, and discuss thier calls with each other.I always take time to talk with all of them, and learn common fixs for things. Most times i dont even need a model number to find the part. I am training my young nephew to take over my bussiness eventually, and carry on with this style of customer service. Old school is always better, at least in my type of work. Thanks again guys. You will ALL get the same treatment when you need parts at my store Paul
  8. is it not igniting Cliff? If its an electrical issue, no liability problems Here, a regular repair tech can do the electrical work on gas appliances, but must stop at lines burners and valves, if that is the diagnosisi. Ignitors are electric, as are spark modules etc.

Keep your older appliances as long as you can. Most repairs are easy for most people to do themselves.New appliance look pretty, but most of them are crap and are made to last 5 years max.
