Big Cliff Thank you thank you thank you, my wife is over my shoulder with a larger than normal smile. That is exactly the type of recipe we were hoping for. That will be dinner tonight reading your recipe made us remember of a chicken pot pie we had about 8 years ago while visiting PEI. We stayed at a B@B for two nights just outside Summerside. They made home made as well, but we never asked for the recipe. I will definitely let you how our first attempt turns out Again thank you John

Thanks guys We replaced the old rack and pinion with a new one in December at a garage....THREE months later roughly it goes again.........Then the mechanic charged us another 500 dollars labour to replace the one from December two days ago with the second new one.........then just one day later the second new one is acting up.......does anyone know why, this is happening with the rack,, these kinda of ridiculous repairs would hurt anyones budget
-
I strained muscles around my ribs 3 months ago been seeing chiro massage therapy and physio. Have not been able to auger holes since December but physio says jigging would not hurt......offered to PAY people to auger a hole for me but no response........In December a mechanic installed a rack and pinion on my wifes Dodge Caravan, 3 months later it failed, the rack is under warranty but I had to yesterday pay another 500 dollars to get the second one installed .....LESS than 24 hours later the new rack is vibrating and leaking.... Oh and yes the 2005 sierra which have looked after to a t started leaking anti freeze yesterday,,,,the head gasket I am told even though the garage sealed it up in the fall,,they said it should be ok even though it is not a permanent fix Now it is dead in the driveway,,,,I feel so sorry for my wife some people are busy to take her for a sled ride.....I buried my daughter 14 years ago and turned my philosopy to the fact the cup is half full not half empty,,,,,that took a while to do, my son is not around much...I cannot pay 500 dollars a day to drive a dodge caravan,,can someone please give me some advice I have been on this board for a long time and have tried to contribute and have received great advice If I had the extra cash I would have gladly paid for a member down south to have drilled a hole in the ice if not for me at least to have let my supported wife to have got out and had a bit of fun this winter We tried to contribute for fishing for tyler when we lived inBarrie and met some great board members there My prayers are going out for u all to have a great long safe weekend God bless Blizz

Not that we shoot gators up here with them
mr blizzard replied to mr blizzard's topic in General Discussion
It is the only board I belong to that is the only reason I am asking a totaly once and only non fishing in any way related question lol -
We dont shoot gators up here like the swamp people do But can anyone explain why it is easier to find a needle in the hay stack than it is to find 22 lr ammo, phoned places in BC Alta SASK Manitoba and even back in the home town of Barrie, everyone is saying there is a shortage and they are on backorder. Does anyone know why Thanks John

Any physio, chiropractors, massage therapists out ther
mr blizzard replied to mr blizzard's topic in General Discussion
Absolutely, did the others in September...but the worst two condition wise were the ones I did in December, they had more ice on them inside than we have in our freezer......YOU KNOW HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE, ya right lol -
Back in mid December I had to cut thru alot of caulking so I could remove trim to inturn remove to old windows on our home. I had tried to soften it with a heat gun but it really did not help. I was twisting from left to right on the step ladder for over an hour to slice thru the caulking. The windows had been on back order from Alberta. Initially in January the chiropractor had to readjust a few ribs off to the right of the spine. We then started massage therapy which was helping, the the doc suggested physio which I was not so sure about. It was progressing well till a week ago when I started physio. She started onto some pretty heavy weights on the first visit. That visit set me back over 2 weeks . I am back to not being able to lay on my right side , feeling pain while taking deep breaths or even sitting comfortable in my truck seat. Because of this I cannot work yet, I have no benefits and no income coming in for the past 2.5 months. She horsed it a bit too much during the first visit. I have not been able on a fishing note to use an auger since December, and have even offered to pay my teenage son some money to put a hole in for me but he is too busy.......how nice it would be to fish again for even an hour. Standing, walking is fine, it is just twising or rotating from the waste up that gives u those lovely JABS The ribs are fine now but all the muscle tissue is painful around the right side If anyone has gone thru this and knows of something else I can do I would truly appreciate it Thanks John
