This time next week I will have caught my first Tarpon.

We are off to Antigua for 12 days Ironmaker, booked one day in the float tubes for Tarpon, every other day I will have a cast somewhere for whatever will bite!

Crazy day. Pickup boat at parents. Forgot the keys at my place in kitchener. Get new ignition on the way to muskoka at west marine. Get to lake. Battery dead. Ugh. Had my buddy's kid with me. So me and my buddy paddled the boat out a few hundred meters. And the fishing gods smiled. Nonstop 1.5-3 lb small ies all afternoon.

at home, operation successful, general anaesthetic is an experience for sure!

lol…no laughing gas Art, all i remember is the surgeon saying the IV would burn as the good crap was join into my veins now…..it burnt but then i was waking up! Felt like i had had the best sleep ever…awesome! Thanks Chris….i got a sick note for 6 weeks….they told me no heavy lifting…but encourage me to bend it frequently…so 2 weeks and ill be fishing for sure…might go with my buddy next week after the stitches come out to watch them cat...
