  1. Wow, you guys are all handy men!

One more thing to add is that the lightbulb is up on the ceiling

Since I dont want to worry about when the lightbulb will break,

would you recommend me to simply break the lightbulb first regardless?

(ofcourse, I will have some kinda bucket below the lightbulb)

Nah, just twist it like you were removing it normally. When they break they usually just detach from the base.

They don`t usually shatter. But for your own safety wear eye protection.

  2. You have to register to search. Can't you just tell me instead? :dunno:

BTW what in Gods green earth is someone in Yellowknife doing lurking on a board dedicated to surf fishing for stripers? LOL!

    Mikey

You of all people should know that tackle and techniques can cross over between species.

There is lots of good info on tackle and techniques on that board.

  3. I would be getting your sled back in the same condition you took it in there.

Next I would be going to the SkiDoo or Yamaha dealership and trade it in on something good.

And for cripes sakes NEVER TAKE ANYTHING IN THERE TO BE FIXED EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Never buy anything off them again and spread the word that they are rip off artists and not to be trusted.

Hanging is too good for these :asshat: !!!

  4. I owned a Chevy once and that was enough to turn me off them for good.

I have owned several Fords and they were a little better but not a whole lot.

And I have had 2 Dodges and they were the worst of the bunch.

My last 4 vehicles have been Japanese/American and between the four I have put on over 3/4 million km and had less than $2000 in repairs between the lot. An added bonus is they don't start to fall appart as soon as you drive them off the lot.

In a full size SUV I would take a Nissan Armada or Toyota Sequoia, I would even take a VW Toureg over any North American made vehicle.

  5. First off, what brand of computer is it? Name brand (HP, Dell, IBM) or one of te clones out there?

If it is a major manufacturer you should be able to order a replacement OS disk for a fraction of the $$$$$ of purchasing a retail box of either XP or Vista. Contact the manufacturer or check their web sites.

If it is a clone check with the shop you purchased it from and see if you can get a replacement disk from them.

Most brand name and a lot of the larger clone manufacturers have OEM licensing for their software. They have their own version of Windows that will only work with the bulk lot of licenses (Serial #'s) issued to them.

For instance Dell's Windows disk will only work with the software SN included with a Dell machine etc.

  6. Wash with a Synthetic Fabric Cleaner first, then spray the garment with revivex and put in the drier (delicate setting) to dry. It works great.

Waders are another story, you have to hand wash with a Synthetic Fabric Cleaner first. After the waders are washed and thoroughly rinsed, saturate the outside of the waders with Revivex® or other water repellent treatment. Allow product to drip-dry. "Set" the treatment with heat using a blow dryer or iron (low setting), avoiding the stockingfoot attachment area.
