well i just started it and the alarm comes on right away now after it starts. There seems to be nothing wrong with the water outake, there is a strong jet coming out,and i doubt it could be over heating after 3-4 seconds..............any other ideas?
Bad sensor.
Had an oil sensor go bad on my engine and the alarm was always on after that (until I unplugged it

Yes, most reputable outfitters are booked a year in advance sometimes longer.

Maybe they will just create 36 mini quarrys instead of one giant one.
-
Staples will have 32GB Blackberry Playbook tablets on for $118 on Friday.

I hearby rename it the pothole.
It's no longer a hole Mike, it's a run.
Thus it's new name is Stoners Run!!

We just dig 'em up out of the ground up here.

One of the joys of living in the Arctic is not having to worry about ethanol issues.
They do not use ethanol in any of the fuels used in Nunavut, The NWT, Yukon or Alaska due to the moisture issues associated with corn juice.
I run regular 87 octane Shell unleaded fuel in everything I own that has a gas motor.
No problems what so ever.

I have an 8" foam mattress (I think it's a Sears O'Pedic )
Have had it since 1995 and it has no groove so far.
Mind you my bed is a platform bed and I have no box spring just a solid foam matress on a plywood base.
I think a lot of the issues is with matresses and box spring, springs sagging over time.
I do have grooving issues on my couches though!!!
May have to slap some plywood in there!!!!!

It will pull just fine with a smitty sled. But I would still sell it and get one that fit in my car.
Or sell the car and buy one the sled will fit in.

I dip net my years bait during the cisco run here in October.
50 pounds worth in my cooler.
:good:
Used a few today out on the ice.

Should have been out a few weeks ago but have been dealing with back problems and an infection.
Hit my favorite early season laker spot and landed a few small ones and a few small burbot as well.
Lost a bunch of lakers and burbies too (darn barbless regs!!!
).
Got to the lake and went to start the old Strikemaster annnnnd................................ the old pig took 2 whole yanks to get her started!!!
We got good ice but need more snow. The trail in was pretty rough and I had some issues in a couple of places spinning the track out on gravel but there is some snow on the way.
We have enough Ice now that a foot of snow would be most welcome.
Anywho, here's some porn for y'all!!!
Enjoy!!!!
Got a new tent for the old Trekker II (replaced the original with a Trekker DLX tent which is twice as thick)

I put stabilizer in every tank.
Then you don't need to do anything.

I could hear the crys of dispair from stoners everywhere this morning.
Didn't know why until I heard this news.
I'm sure you will see Twinkie hoarding and the resulting stoner fights as this news makes it through the ranks.

Good stuff. Working only two days a week sounds pretty sweet.
Those two days are double shifts though.
Don't know if I could handle back to back 16 hour shifts.

While I have a few tipups I no longer use them as they just don't work very well up here. They are fine for one fish but then they freeze solid due to our balmy arctic temps.
This thing would be no better.
Now if they made a nuclear powered version that kept the tipup and hole from freezing I'd be all in!!!!

Not so much hate as jealousy.
As for Dave, he's so far north, a warm intimate evening involves cuddling with his sled dogs
Nah we burn caribou pellets in our wood stoves.

Advice : shut water pump off before you leave cottage
Definately!!!!
When I go on vacation I shut off my water heater and water pump.
Don't want any nasty surprises when I get home.
A couple of years ago I heard a hissing sound that turned out to be my water heater turning into a geyser because of a failed thermostat. Would hate to see what would happen had I not been home.

i googled the smitty sleds.
how do they attached the plastic sled to the smitty sled?
i see most of the smittys are collapsable, and not permanantly mounted
Strap the hut on top of the Smitty Sled with a couple of cam or ratchet straps.

The cream of the crop!
But at least they play in the NHL and I get to see them.
