  2. glad to see you got out and lots of action too
  3. I would call that the east side of cooks bay but there were guys out from Roches Point, and that is the north point of cooks where it opens up to the big lake, so every thing south should be kind of all right I would carry a spud and check, this time of year I do that everywhere just in case, but I would guess you should be good...guess..

  5. yeah but the wheel didnt fall off and we made it home even with the blizzard we drove home in...sounds like a great day to me
  6. you should always charge a battery with 10 to 20 amps up to 85% full charge then it should be lowered to 2 amps if your battery is almost out of power you could well need 100 amps, so at 2 amps per hour it will take 50 hours to charge your battery and that's if your battery charger is in top shape and you don't have any lose from using long thin extension cords but batteries like being charge with lots of amps below the point where they boil
  7. so, it sounds like it's a typical GM vehicle just kidding it can't be as bad as my dodge LOL

  13. 2 days ago a guy fell through 17ft of water out from hiway 89 must have been just north of 89, I was just south of 89 gilford road and it wasn't too too bad by now I would think checking as you walk the south part of cooks bay shouldn't be too bad but one must make up ones own mind as to what is safe
  14. on the other hand, I always say if someone has good prices if someone has good service if someone has a great location then tell people about it now if someone has high prices if someone has bad service if someone has a nasty location then tell people about it the truth will set you free and as long as what you say, you feel is the truth, why wouldn't you give other people the heads up if someone wishes to rebute the statement or correct the problem then the internet has truely done it's thing
  15. find that a big hunk of styrofoam cut out works best it just sits in the water, once you get it so the transducer is strait , you will need to offset the transducer to get it to sit level but a little work it you will love it
