sorry about the tittle I can't spell . Anyways I just thought i'd bring up the maple leaf subject once again. I believe that deep down everyone who's from Toronto or lives around Toronto ie. GTA etc. wants the leafs to suceed. I know that some people migrated from other cities and have grown attachments to other teams and thats great, what i'm talking about is people who were born and rased hear. We'd be hard pressed to have a montrealer root for the leafs Take me for example I lead everyone to believe I hate the leafs and I think I do, but theres a little place in my heart where I want the leafs to win. Now winning might not be "winning" . "winning" could be losing and getting a high draft pick so that they can pick up a talanted youngster who they can rebuild around. I played Rep hockey since I was 7 and recently quit, however I still love and follow the game, it'd be great to see them build A dynasty in the greatest hockey market in the world. . Anyways I just wanted to express my thoughts and contribute to the forums, And I know most if not all of you will disagree but HEY it gave you somthing to do for a couple of minutes didn't it PEACE, Marcus

Does anyone have any suggestions on what line I should use. srry, but whats a fish called that can live in both fresh and salt water? is there any specific name for sucha fish? I know salmon are of that variety.

I wish I had WFN, but unfotunatly I don't pay the bills soooooooo , However for the pass like month or month and a half rogers has given me wild T.V, it says its a preview, but when I got A WFN preview it was only a weekend. Oh and when I had the WFN preview I was glued to the screen !

Hey everyone, I just thought i'd let you know about my crazy stroke of luck! . last Wednesday, I was sitting in Geography as ussual when my teacher mentioned CPT's ( cummulative Progressive Task). It's a BIG project that you do at the end of the semester for each class and for me its worth 10% of my mark. Anyways, each person in the class is assigned a province with a topic to go along with it, then we have to wright a 3 page essay in some university format. I lucked out and managed to get British Columbia Fisheries. It's crazy, for once im actually excited to do a project. Man I don't know what I would have done if I would have had to do Nunavut, or newfoundland and some boring topic like climate or somthing. anywho this will PROBABLY be my last post before Christmas, so I want to wish all fellow OFNCers a Merry Christmas Sorry I went a little wild with the emotions

I'll Be fishing the southern ontario tribs, for salmon and steelhead. I have no gear. I looked into the orvis brand because I went into one fo there stores in england. They seemed to have quality Items. I have wached numerous videos on the brand and their reels. All comments have been posative and It seems to be a quality reel. Id rather have a quality reel that can handle amateur mistakes. In the winter my family go's down to mexico for a week or so and i'd want to bring my gear their. I plan to pair it up to the whire river fly shop classic travel fly rod 7wt from BPS. Again its a product that I've heard mostly good reviews on. thanx for all your help. Is it worth the extra money compared to other orvis reels?

im using it with a 7wt. The LA holds more backing and retrieves line 1.5 times as fast other than that i DONT KNOW ANY OTHER DIFFERANCES BESIDES THE LOOK. srry I hit caps lock
