Bernie, Glad you liked the boys.... Danny, the drummer is amazing.. Blaque is correct, Maynard is the lead man for Tool and now APC.... however I find that APC does does not have the grit that Tool does... Enjoy the music... for one reason only... the music... to many people try to read into the lyrics and come out with all sorts of whacked out things. Maynard say this... The songs are made before the lyrics are added.... the lyrics are a byproduct of the sounds.... These guys are definably top of the food chain. G PS... this is my genre... there are hundred is not thousands of bands within it... Tool just happens to be my favourite.

Welcome aboard LundGuy! I also shop @ Angling Outfitters. I was directed there when I was buying all the new electronics for my boat and your right, He has great pricing! and if he is higher in price he will lower it even against Cabelas! There is a reason he is the #1 Lowrance dealer in Canada He has the best price and man can Jos push buttons on those units. I was just in there a couple days ago... sadly he did not have in my '08 Navionics. G

Mmmmmmm... Jessica breasts... Err I mean mammories, errrrr dang Simpson! all kidding aside I hope those out there that have not heard this band give them a listen... You might Just become a fan. G

The guys @ Bill's bait n Tackle are top notch! My bet is you met Greg... a great guy and has donated to different causes on OFC before....... it is amazing how the small things make all the difference when it comes to a retailer/consumer relationship. I wish more retailers were consumer centric like these guys are. Unfortunately this is not usually the case (here in Hamilton)... Which is one of the reasons I still shop @ Bill's Bait and Tackle...they are a gem.... sure I dont spend every dollar there IE. Baspro Shops, or Angling Outfitters... but I do spend more then my wife would like! Head to Bill's Bait N Tackle you cant go wrong... and their pricing is more then fair, without having to ask. G

Those scammers finally went bankrupt a couple years ago for the second time... your best bet is Bill's Bait and Tackle. They are located on Upper James and Queensdale.... Just before you head down the mountain.. it is opposite Frisco's They are good guys in there and are fairly priced and if they are not, usually they will match someones pricing. G

Spiel, when we were up north we got into the topic of music... and Bernie listens to a wide range of music.. him and Joe went on for hours playing name that tune, I asked Bernie if he ever listened to Tool before (My favourite band) he said he had not... Joe is a big fan as well.... Well being on dialup and uploading pictures for our report at the time he never got the chance to "experiance" Tool.... I had a few moments and whipped this together for him. Here's to hoping we have a new fan. LOL G

I looked in today Princess Auto catalogue, as noticed that they have a solar charging kit for 15.00.. They state they are perfect for deep cycle batteries... I know that I cannot expect the solar panel to charge the battery from a dead state.... but would it work to keep the batteries "topped" up? states it is 1.8 watts. Anyone have one of these units? and does it keep your batteries conditioned? G

please please please dont take this the wrong way.... but exact locations will probably not be given to you.. you might get a PM or two.. but it is safe to assume the will be vague. the reason I say this is fisherfolk are protective of "thier" spots. Sure friends will help out friends etc.... but this is the part I dont want you getting offended about.... you have not been here long enough to develop these sort of friendships. I do wish you the best of luck though!, stick around for a bit... and I am sure you once you establish friendships with various users you will be given the info you are seeking and hopefully you will give back to the community as well. Have a great trip regardless and remember we like pictures G

I was expecting to see Kevin there... and well... from little avatars. they look the same, hell Kimbo Slice and I look the same if we look at avatars alone...... I remembered one thing after asking though.. MLJ wears glasses! DOH! (hind sight is 20/20) anyways.. I spent way to much, on thing I did not need... but wanted... Does anyone else have the new Stradic 2500 FI? I also have to that the boyz from Extreme Angler for the St.Croix rod they donated @ the Tyler event.. because I picked up another one.... just because I liked the feel of it! but this one is a 7'6" one peice... anyways Kevin, we have to do lunch one day... and well we might as well invite Cliff too.... say between Vaughan (where I work) and downtown (Where Cliff works) ?? I am game for anything.... so long as it has meat in it. G.

Moe, The building codes are stringent enough, if they are followed infact they are sometimes over kill...Your should see the 2006 building code compendium two MASSIVE binders (that is before you add the ammendments.... The problem I see daily, is what an architect wants and an engineer demands... concessions are sometimes made... form vs. function. G

Sorry.... there are to Mikes... Micheal Quaid the director for Holmes on Homes and Jim Curak (sp? on the last name) <---Awesome Mike Holmes <--Arrogant. G
-
I have worked for both Mike Holmes, Jim and their Director Micheal Quaid.... Micheal is an AWESOME guy! we worked on his new house in Oakville right by Bronte Harbour... His house is build of straw bails it certainly stands out! Jim and Micheal are good guys, Jim actually runs a General Contracting firm... my present company almost hired his foreman from the the show.. Mike well he is good for the trades and helps people weed out bad contractors... but too arrogant for my liking, He is just the face of the show... Jim though is the real deal. Micheal Quaid is he director for both shows. Have a blast man! G PS... I got an amazing deal on DeWalt tools from Micheal... 50% of retail.. cash no tax... needless to say I stocked up!
