I would bet that boat is a scam. you can not buy a 98 tr 20 for 6k. That boat should be priced between 9-12k. There is no phone numbers on that add either.

The only area of st.clair that i know of that has any sort of beach is belleriver. Dont know if there is weekly rentals there or not. Mitchells bay is the best bet for cottages but no beaches.There is some nice sand bars not to far from the launch that all the boats hang out at.

i have imported 7 boats. There is some paper work to do. Nothing to hard. Have to pay a $205 riv fee. Just make sure the trailer has the manufacturing date on it and there is a title or a MSO.You will run into all kinds of problems if there isnt.(some states are non title states so watch that) The boarder doesnt care about the motor and boat. (they just want there tax) Take the trailer to Canadian tire get it inspected, mail some forms off to service Canada to get your numbers for the boat.Pay your tax on the trailer at service Canada and away ya go. Make sure you have separate receipts for the boat motor and trailer. hope this helps if you have more questions just shoot me an IM

+1 cant beat his prices on any big ticket items. Any tackle store that can drop a 100 grand on electronics on any given day gets my vote. Just remember your not just paying for a unit your paying for service. Does bass pro give you a run down on your unit and set up for you? jos makes sure his customers leave happy.

\ Fishing was extremely tough for everyone im sure,and i honestly believe there was over 50 goose eggs.I think guys would be crazy for dumping 2 or 3 fish. We only had 3 fish weighing 17lbs which was good for a 16th spot paycheck and big fish at 6.55.We had a great time considering all the bad weather and tough fishing.This tournament was a class act and urge others to think about fishing next year. chad

Looking for someone in the belleville area that would be willing to help me out or know someone who can.I meeting a guy from Ottawa in the belleville area to pick up his 225 etec off his boat.I need someone with a forklift or front end loader or chain fall to help pick the motor off and put in the back of my truck.I dont know anyone from the area and it would be a huge help. stopped at customs today in porthuron.They said the boat is no issue at all.They said i should try to get at least the old registration for the trailer or i could have problems at MOT. Thanks for the replies. now only 30t hours of driving to get this thing home

I would agree that Jos has an awesome shop. I personally dont think you will beat his prices anywhere. If you want the best deal then deal with jos at the store. I drive by 2 fishing stores to go to his even though it is 45 min further/ He has the biggest float reel display in ontario if not canada.
