  1. As far as I can make out they will want to remove some of my C-6 and clean up the bone spurs that are pressing on the nerve root on my left arm. They take a wedge of bone from my hip and insert the peice then bolt the vertbrates together with some titanium.

I have had it going bad off and on for 10 years but now the numbness doesnt go away and the last bout of blinding pain lasted 12 weeks.

I havnt even got a apt yet for one but I get the MRI tomorrow and my Dr says its time.

Im really concerened about the recovering time , as I have to take care of my wife who is disbled.

I hate not knowing but the thought of loosing my left arm is freakin me out.

BTW thanks guuys for the good thoughts I appreciate it.

  2. Dr says its time to fix my back after so many pinched nerves that I am starting to lose the use of my arm.

Getting an MRI tomorrow but they havnt contacted me yet to see the surgeon.

Wondering if anyone here in the Burlington area has had to have any spinal surgery.

Also any expierences with disc and nerve work out there?

We just picked up our newest member of the family on thursday, his name is Loki ( and he is living up to his name )

His father is Munch of the Iam's dogfood commercial, the bulldog with the insides that running like a well oiled machine.

The breeder took this photo and others for us before we picked him up, I think he will be in a few calendars coming up she said.

  6. My buddy and I were having this discussion the other day wether you need to repack your berrings if you are you using bearing buddies or not.

I have no idea since the bearing buddies apply pressure and hand packing bearings does get the grease in but i dont think it would do it any better then the bearing buddies.

Anybody no the answer or is it one of those questions that is allways asked and has no definate answer?

  7. Hopefully to just get out this year.

If my one trip holds up this year a 55"+ musky. I really think if my back holds up and I get to my spot I stand a 50% chance of getting one.

That and to find some pike and smallies along the north shore of Lake O during the summer.

  8. Just a quick little fact that popped into my head after reding about Gary Yamamoto baits on sale at LeBarons.

The exact center of gravity of a Gary Yamamoto senko is 7 ribs to the middle of the egg sac.

I think I picked this up on Jarrett Edwards fisihng show , not sure but really handy!

Not usre if its true for clone baits but interesting enough.

I was spring cleaning my brain and found this tip!!!
