  8. I want to publicly thank Rattletrap2 (Brian) for his help today in fixing my trolling motor issues. After a couple of PM's and a few phone conversations I found out that Brian works oh about 500 yards away from me, so he asked if I could bring my boat over to his work place and he would have a look at it, so we set it up for today. Well I just got back and the problem is fixed!!!!! Again thank you so much!!!! Brian your a stand up gentleman :clapping: Peps

  10. Hi everyone, got a cottage booked for the last week of July on Deer Bay in Lower Buckhorn... Bringing the whole family which will be loads of fun!!! my fishing time will limited to early morning and some evenings. I never fished the lake before, so I was wondering if anyone can give me some tips? I want to try for a muskie and I'm not to worried about the bass as I'm sure that I can find them. As for walleye a little insight on them would be great (what to look for) I normally don't fish the Kawartha's. Not looking for hot spots just some general direction.... Thanks, Peps
  11. bump....again, sorry guys. but I would like to try and fix this on my own, don't really feel like taking the unit off to bring it to get repaired, unless i really have to. Peps
  12. Thanks so much!!!! Brian, i didn't put a volt meter to the leads (will try that when I get home tonight) when i say no power i mean it's dead not even the battery meter on the unit works. If there is an inline fuse where would I find it? near the power plug at the bow of the boat or near the battery? Thanks, Peps
