went to lefroy today, went straight on the ice with my car, didnt feel like walking, the ice is about 14-16", cought couple of perches in 20fow, then moved further and found a 13fow spot - nothing, then moved further into the bay, the depth was 30fow, non stop perch action, my buddy and me did our limit and went home. didn't catch any major beasts but saw a guy in the hut beside us cought a real monster.

wire and needle is big difference, i tried with wire too before, didnt work, needle is much stonger, its always straight and slides easy.

all you have to do is take the egg sinker cut the swivel, insert needle in the hole, flaten it and remove the needle. redrill....what??? lead melts fast. oh and if you will decide to massproduce, i want a cut for idea

no doubt about it, cant compare good quality lures and cheap ones, i will try how they work in spring and see if they are worth keeping, poppers will do the job eventually, but you never know. Hey, Lew does that $100 lure comes with gps in case you loose it ?

i also believe you get what you pay for, i came across these lures by accident, i dont even like fishing with crankbaits, i like plastics more than anything else.

they are a bit lighter than the expensive ones, but not too much, you can still cast ok

well they use bell lines so if bell throtles it, there is nothing they can do, however they do have naked dsl service. the other thing is you have to pay $227.40 (tax incl.) for the whole year in one payment. but i just finished reading some reviews in dsl forums and overall rating was pretty good. will cancel my $50mth bell internet next month.
