Vancouver has too many violent people!!! first the Stanley cup riot then this! haha kidding,
but that's seriously messed up, glad he got his stuff back but no one should have that done to them ever
To be fair Banff is a long ways from Vancouver.

Tough one, I think it would be Steven Wright, Louis Black, George Carlin (if he was still around), Stephen Colbert, Jon Stewart, Steve Martin, or Richard Dawkins.
And of course anyone on this board.

I know why it was that bad; it's a righty...

Good to hear the rod worked well! I just picked up a trion 25x from BPS and like how it feels, plan on testing it this weekend.

Just realized you're in Hamilton, you know there is a sail in Burlington right?
-
Just put the lures in. It took a tiny bit of paint off one of my raps and spoons but it was pretty soft. If you have the time, take the hooks off, if not you should be ok.
Grab a pair of split ring pliers, used to hate switching hooks but it's pretty quick and painless now. I think you can get them for about $5 at luremaking.com.
-
Great tip! I have a few hooks I could try using that for, did you take hooks off lures or just put the whole thing in?

All the lakes have a lot of slush out there, but still lots of ice under it. Just makes driving impossible and walking annoying. Don't be fooled into thinking the slush layer is anything else than slush!!

You can see that little house from your place?? You have better eye's than I Simon LOL. Good to hear your appointment went well, now bring on the fish pics!!

Well done! We went to virginia today and the place is dead in terms of jumbos. I think most people got a couple each but they were few and far apart, think we'll be out for the first?

I think you mean ratings speak

At least we marked some and got a couple hits this time B lol.

Thanks Geoff.
Reel looks decent.
Have to make a trip.
All righty's though. I've yet to see an ice baitcaster in a left hand model.
-
No pics for me yet but got a great Columbia jacket, zippo hand warmer (and a nice lighter with it), an overnight ice fishing trip, along with some new Simms clothes, lx5 flasher and leafs tickets

I'm with Geoff, I have 5 lightning rods now and they work quite well, use them for everything from pike to perch. If you go that route get them at sail, same price with a better reel.

Can't post pics yet but Joey pretty much summed it up for us, lots and lots of trees split, cable lines across the street in a few places, neighbours power line saw a few branches pull it to the ground (almost ripped it out if the roof). Going on 38 hours with no power for us.

Tigers are probably my favourite looking fish, but are sadly extremely rare to catch. That is one heck of a specimen in that pic, that's for sure!

Keep preaching man, lol. Shouldn't you be on some street corner with a bible standing on top of a milk crate or something?
I think he joined specifically to post on this thread

Lucky for me we get to drive to NB tomorrow

The show has everything the more radical left hates, Christians that are true to their faith, guns and hunting, family, the ideal that hard work is good, a declared standard of right and wrong....I bet the rants, distortions and intollerance are just starting from those that hate all they stand for...this world has truly drawn up sides but as for me I love the show. Fall from grace.... no they seem to understand real grace fine.
I consider my self left-wing, and I can tell you that I have no problem with faith, family, guns and hunting (I am on here after all). Just because I choose to take the stance of someone who is more concerned about the state of our citizens than oil does not mean that I automatically hate religion, guns, hunting and family (surprisingly, I'm part of a family as well!).
I don't agree with what Phil said, but I do believe that he is smart enough that he knew what he was getting into when he made those comments.

I'll do either Albert, whatever you guys agree on.
