  1. Apparently someone had this one a few years back and had it taken away after a RCMP officer read it in his rear view mirror.....I don't know of any truth to this.

  2. Throw them into Lake Nipissing!!! :Gonefishing: ?

Seems to be a popular way of disposing of them for some people.. :w00t:

In the past 3 winters I've caught 2 cell phones while jigging for Walleye....1 In Calandar Bay

    and 1 near Fisherman Is.

My Bud..caught 1 last year near the S**T Chute in North Bay...

Please DO NOT deposit the phones in NIP....

Just make sure it doesn't slip out of your pocket while Ice fishing!

    Wood stove for me!! :thumbsup_anim:

Gets pretty WARM in there!

But I must admit that it's a pain to bring wood to the shack every time you drive across the lake....It's a little more of a pain in the :asshat: than propane..

  5. No frozen over yet....some bays are frozen, north shore is about 300 yds out ...be a few weeks yet.. It needs to stop snowing.

Like Bernie said... slush will be a problem I think...

Smaller lakes were being used on 3" of ice last week ... kiss that ice goodbye!!...

a foot and a half of snow will have fallen in two days by tomorrow...there goes the ice..

now if all that slush can freeze we'll be in good shape.

  6. You did say Ice fishing?

The location, not so much as the lure should be changed, unless you are using electronics and can verify the fish are indeed present, but rejecting yer offering.

Here is a video of how finicky fish can be when they are not in the "mood".
