Did you say wire ......my fav rod to grab in the morning ...i find it doesn't work as well in the spring due to fishing so shallow but june july can you say Zing ...... can't beat wire Dipsy

The Grand is a untouchable fishery ..there is everything in the grand from Cats to Salmon you name the fish there there ..me i mostly fish Crappies Walleye & Channle cats bellow the Dunnville Dam Best fishing is from mid may till mid july ...

Rick trust me Okuma is going to take over the Big Water Trolling Indust ...Okuma Makes Diawa Counterline Reels and many other reels yes the old Okuma reels sliped ...they have fixed this problem ...with clicking drags on the Convetors same drag system as the Catelinas ..if the drag dont click ask for this years 2007 Okuma Reels ...as for TDR's they are a great rod but only one year Warnt ..Ugly Sticks & Shimano Talora's Life Time Warnt ...

Tell him to contact Okuma its over the counter Warnt and if he bougth them in 2007 where is he fishing i wana go there after some kings .......those are last years reels or OMEGAs ...like i said i have still lots of sealines still on my walleye boat that are over 8 years old and still kicken .. but i needed something more heavey for Dipsys and Inline boards ..

There is nothing wrong with eating Salmon from Lake Ont ....that fish was deformed from the Hacth.. See your HUmpy in the center ..its not very easy to pick out all the bad fish outa a Million Fry..

Sealines are great reels but not the best for Kings ...as for Okuma they have fixed there problems with there reels i went to the Spring Show walk up to Greg at the Okuma both they handed me all new Catelina Upgrades for my Conevertors ..pull off the side panel pop on the new one all clicking drags now ....i have 25 Okumas and they are work horese for inline boards you need a strong reel and sealines just dont cut it ..i still have 15 Sealines i use for Walleye but for Salmon i no like ..i found it took customers way to long to bring in a fish ...

Thats what im talking about O Ya can't wait to get the boat uncovered and back in action ....i didn't get to pull to many in myself last year but landed a hell of alote for others ..this one was caught on a Froggie Hot Spot with a glow Batrix . 8' Shimano Talora lifetime warnt ...with Okuma Convector or Catelina ..then you will have something that will last you a long time ...if ya need any let me no ..

Yes wont be long we will be off the south shore pounding the Kings ..i use to run the big boards 90% of the time in the spring for kings now its all little Walleye boards running Reef Runners and Silver Streaks with a small dipsy .. this year i have a wack of new products to try for spring had awesome fishing with them late last summer ..Kone Zones and Split Kings..they will be my 1st attemp this spring ..i usally start my charters the 1st 2nd weekend of april not sure if i will be able to get in that early this year ..if not ill be fishing outa the tinner till the marina unthaw..

How many people from this site fish Salmon & Trout on Lake Ontario...thought maybe we could share some tips this spring

I usally hit lake ont 1st week of april..might be hard this year unlless it gets reel warm lots of ice in the marinas .. bring on the warm temps ...

This year should be even better ..last year was awesome this was the biggest landed on my boat for 2006 made me wana buy a charter ticket for clients after haven 3 winning fish for the Sun Derby last fall ...Bring On Spring so i Can be on Kings
