great day in Cooks Bay

Had a great day of catching on Cooks Bay on Saturday.

Caught app. 8-9 hammer handle pike, 4-5 LM Bass, and a surprise catch, my first Ling.

 

The majority of fish were caught using a Northam Fishing Spinnerbait. I've been using their spinners since late last season, and I'm hooked. Great product, great service, and they are Canadian made.

 

Here's the pic of the Ling, and a pike my neighbor caught using a spinner as well.

That's a "BOWFIN". Ling are way more UGLY. ..but nice catch for sure. WTG!
