Back in the day, 1970s, we'd fish Lake Of The Woods with a Crawler Harness type rig--Beads, Spinner... It was all one color--I think Pink or Fluorescent Orange. Can't remember for sure. It was the only harness style I remember seeing back then. I think Fluorescent Orange was a brand new color then. I think they were called, "Wee Willies". Does anyone remember these? It may have been locally made around the Sioux Narrows area... Are they still made? Or has everyone gone to tying their own with all kinds of bead and blade colors now?
