I think he is aiming for north end closer to manatoulin island.

Also shore fish and wading. Different things different days. Lake and river.

 

He's planning to set up at a camp ground.

Cyprus Lake National Park. Camping, canoe rentals, Smallmouth and walleye in the lake. But if you don't have a reservation yet you might not get in. Its very popular due to the spectacular swimming and cliff jumping on georgian bay at the park.
