Evinrude 25hp engine repairs in Toronto

Anyone know a good repair shop in or around Toronto where I could take a 25hp Evinrude (1990?) for repairs to the pull cord mechanism and also the fastener that holds the engine to the transom? This is my first time taking in an engine for repair, any ideas what the ballpark $ would be? Thanks for any thoughts or suggestions.

Generally your looking at around $75/hr for labor plus parts. They usually bump the price of the parts up at least 35% of their cost.
