Zone 16 regs help

I've been trying to access the online version of the regs all day - I'm not sure if the error is on my end or theirs but my browser keeps crashing when I try to open the file (brand new Sony Vaio - everything else works...)

 

If someone could help me out with the open section of Bronte creek that would be great. I'm assuming that it would be south of the 403 but I don't like guessing on these things...

It says bronte is open year round from hwy 2 to lake O

Looks like no open areas on the West end of the lake....stateside it is
