Shimano Scabbard

I have a chance to buy a Shimano Scabbard 6' med rod. Anyone ever try one? What is a good price to offer?

Shimano Scabbard is an old rod about 8 years old they retailed for about 100.00 for the most recent model which has a matte green finish, the earlier model about 12 years old retailed for 180.00, they were great rods I still have 3, my favorite were the V Rods which were made at the Loomis factory in Washington.

I had a one a while back and by while I mean about 10 years. They are a good rod, but I would put the money towards something newer.

hey im anthony,jus became a member,i wanted to know could anyone recomand a salmon & trout rod..im interested in the 10footers?
