Is there an actual "slot" in your zone? In my part of QC it's a 12" minimum.

Looks like a decent day of Pickeral fishing Jacques!!! :Gonefishing::thumbsup_anim: ... but I gotta tell ya, I would freeze to death in 35*F weather right now!!! :blink:

It sounds like that cold front up there made the fishin' slow... but it looks like you and Paul did well considering the conditions!!! :clapping:

Thanks Glen!!! Yeah the cold front sure put a damper on the bite but we still got into a few of them :)

 

Great job and excellent pics leechman. Nothing better then Stick'n some nice Walleye on jigs.

Temps have be cold the past few mornings and water temps are starting to drop... the action will slow down somewhat during the turnover then pic back up again for all us 'Diehards' out there..... Greg.

 

Thanks Greg!!! It sure is not normal for the temps to drop that low mid September.... but slow presentation was key in getting some stikes and want to thank you for that tip :thumbsup_anim:

Great pic Leechman...what a beautiful clean looking fish...can taste him now with some fried potatoes and maple brown beans.....MMMM, MMMM, MM

Thanks JP!!! Trolling is another productive way but still prefer jigging for them ;)
