hoot33 Posted August 26, 2009 Report Posted August 26, 2009 Looking for a new bass hole, was hoping someone on this forum had fished these waters and could let me know the species and how the shore fishing is.... Thanks all
jediangler Posted August 26, 2009 Report Posted August 26, 2009 Try the Deacon bridge closer to Golden lake end of the Bonnechere river. The old bridge is just upstream from the new one and has a launch ramp and parking nearby. Closer to Round lake is the Tramore bridge which has a sand and gravel launch right after you cross the bridge. You can catch pike, walleye, smallmouth and largemouth bass as well as perch and other panfish in the Bonnechere.
