Grand River Brantford Area

Has anybody ever plucked a ling or bowfin out of the Grand around Brantford? I wouldn't mind gettin' a ling. I hear they're a nocturnal fish though. If so, what did you use?

You might be able to find a Bowfin though I wouldn't hold my breath. As for Ling, I'd say not a chance. Ling prefer deep cool waters.
