Guest steel'n'esox Posted August 16, 2009 Report Share Posted August 16, 2009 Depends on which unit you choose, you can go to Radioworld.ca and check out the units and the cards as well for pricing, also you want the proper cards for the waters you predominately fish, cards usually around 200.00 hope this helps, that site I believe also shows the areas covered by each card. smally21 Posted August 16, 2009 Report Share Posted August 16, 2009 i use navionics hotmaps premium. has good coverage but really depends on the year you purchase. older ones are cheaper but have less definition. i have a humminbird 580 and i think a better unit would show more of the cards potential.
