boat launch

I am going to a cottage that I rented in Utterson next week it says that there is a boat launch, I want to bring my boat but I don't what shape the launch is in. I have a 16.5 ft aluminum and the launch is located at the end of beach road of hwy 141 the lake is called long lake, if anyone has any info on that launch it would be greatly appreciated.

Long Lake road has a launch as well but i don't know how it is.

Been a long time since i've been on that lake.

Best bet is to call the cottage owners and ask them if they know how the boat launch is.
