Triton Aluminum Boats

I was comparing aluminum boats on-line & when comparing the Triton DV 18 Magnum with the Crestliner Fish Hawk 1850 WT I found these boats to be very similar. Does anyone know if Triton aluminum & Crestliner boats are made by the same company?
