How about Kessel to Nashville for Seth Jones and a 1st round pick?
Does Nashville have nice golf courses?
Could be a deal breaker

I like my pike about 25" or so.
No friggen way would I keep a 40" plus freshwater fish.
I was curious about the taste so thanks for the feedback.
-
Ive never eaten a musky but I've kept some bigger pike for pickling or a soup.
Does muskie taste different then pike?
Anyhow if its legal whats the fuss?
I think in my zone(ill double check) but im pretty sure they have to be over 47" to keep.(checked it out its one over 40")
Thats pretty crazy when ya think about it. Basically you can keep a mountable fish and thats it

I missed the last few games so I can't really comment but the sports shows sure are talking down hard on the Leafs.
So apparently we cut down the shots on our net but now we can't score?

So I bought the lowrance Elite 4 Hdi with the transducer, so I need to figure out how to rig it for ice fishing. I suppose I get a stick and run the transducer vertically down the stick, and obviously have the transducer at the bottom of the stick. From there does the stick need to be mounted on something so the transducer stays proper?
You dont need a mount
drop transducer in hole and have at er

try shallow. 4fow
-
hahaha this guy is awesome
-
i tried twice last year and maybe its a fluke but for shallow lakes go where electronics dont help, the shoreline.
I found a big rock point with a half sandbar/half mud and started casting small walleye spinners with a berkley power minnow(use a small keel tyoe weight so you can cast).
I didnt hammer them and it was tough to get a perfect cast but I was getting crazy bites in 1-2 fow.
I caught limits twice but it was a weird way to fish.
I had the idea from river walleye cause they will push the shore to gorge on shiners.
Maybe, at least in small lakes, crappie do the same?

At the union/management meeting discussions got heated and now they have a frosty relationship"
Some comments from bystanders
"its time they got off their butts and sat down and got this thing settled"
Once they get management into a strait jacket, all they will have to do is bit of arm twisting
"Once they corner them they will start to move, I'm sure.
Then again, maybe they will just butt heads; until level heads prevail."
hahaha wow

On the bodies of water I fish there can be 1-2 fow variances but that's normal with water fluctuations.
