  2. maybe try walmart, was in there friday, berkley lightning rod reg. 49.98 for $5.00, berkley cherrywood reg. 29.98 for a dollar. this was in milton went back later, could not find where she put them, maybe ask a sporting goods.
  3. Mine an 80 Citation, just liabilty, the bait and switch started at $100.00 ended up at $145.00
  4. Took the old sled out this morning to see if everything worked for ice fishing before going too far. Rode it around a country block almost back to the shop, it stopped, broke drive chain maybe. 15 minute ride, hour and a half putting on trailer and taking back, so back to reading forums. But I like the challenge, and better here than the middle of Lake Simcoe. Great day for snowmobiling.
  5. no fishing in milton this time of year, about six miles south on hiway 25 to the mouth of bronte on lake ontario, maybe, rainbows or browns.
  6. dec.15 2005 guelph lake, 2 weeks of -20 degrees. then a lot off rain thru the winter, cooks bay dec.26 raining. Walked in from Bear Point on Simcoe in Jan. or Feb. raining, by shore the water was almost over the boots, toboggan was floating and taking on water.

  9. Hi. Plan on going to Red Squirrel Lake road(Temagami) on Labour Day weekend. Taking a car, 12ft. aluminum, and trailer, never been before. Wondering if any one can tell me what to expect , as far as the road, boat launching, fishing. Thanks Ted
  10. doesn't bass season start the last saturday of june which is the 30th. if not a topwater hula popper
  11. the 2 batteries are hooked together to get 12volts. any 12 volt battery will work eg. car battery( too heavy) motorcyle or garden tractor, computer batteries, cordless drill (12v). I bought a skill cordless drill, has 2 batteries, and charger. I used a pcv pipe collar, drilled and tapped 2 holes, put bolts in to hold wires from fishfinder. Runs all day no problem.
