  6. drive it like u stole it u will be fine but it does not hurt to ask questions, thats how we all continue to learn God only knows I have learned so much from the members of this board. I have had a polaris atv that we bought from a farmer just outside of tobermory , and i am still noticing new things on it, after 6 years, alot of great people on here, that is why this is the only board i am on

  11. Yes the storey was not to to get out of anything Just the accuracy and consistency of the testing of the units across the board a standardized testing done by all police depts
  12. Just watched an interesting storey on CBC National Some people are questioning accuracy of police radar The OPP and many other forces do an internal test within the unit before the start of their shift. HOWEVER the RCMP still use a tuning fork as well Some agencies in the States as well as Canada say it is still essential to use the tuning fork to ensure the radar unit is up to par I know years ago when my brother who is retired from the police started his shift he always had to use the tuning fork,,a radar expert in Canada says radar units may not all be in tune with each other without using the tuning fork
  13. Looks like a good time had by all

Rick as said the main thing is you are still alive, thank God you had a floatation suit on , spikes etc You can always replace material things, the sled might be salvagable in the spring BUT the main thing is your alive and still able to embrace your family and will see the birth of your baby This gave me chills reading that,,,,,,several years ago my couisin in Sudbury had a similar situation but not with ice,,,,he did not survive,,,,,,,,,3 days after his funeral his wife gave birth to their daughter,,,,he was 29 THANK GOD YOU ARE STILL AROUND PERIOD YOU HAVE AN looking out for you
