Thank you guys
Any good words about ProMariner chargers?

Following your advise I found this one, price is great:
I need 1 bank charger and this one has 2 set of cables, what do I need to do with another set, which I am not going to use? if I leave it unplugged what will happen once I will put battery on charge?
-
Thanks guys. Will check Guest chargers.

Randy,
Take a look here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iyk14Qkrl1Q
It's a review of bigger one - 185 Dominator, should be not much different from yours. Alumacraft are awesome boats.

Hi Guys,
Looking to get 1 bank onboard charger. Would like to know which one to buy. I was thinking about MinnKota 110D, but I don't mind to get something different.
Any advice would be appreciated
Thanks

Thanks Bill

If you use a 2 bank you'll need to remove the link between the batteries before charging..
1 bank is easier for that setup (I had the same in our boat before I switched over to a 24v system)
Thank you Bill, I thought same way.
So basically with 1 bank charger negative is going to 1st battery negative and positive is going to positive on 2nd battery, right?

Guys,
If I have 2 - 12v batteries connected in parallel(12v trolling motor) do you still recommend to use 2 bank charger or 1 bank?

I have tube as well. Got it from Shimano with my replacement rod. I am in Newmarket, so if you want it please let me know.

Thanks for the report.
I am looking to buy a SUV in the near future for lifestyle purposes and would also like for it to be able to tow a small to mid weighted boat (yet to be purchased). Would you recommend this vehicle for that function, I won't be off-roading much. Do you have any idea what the towing capacity is
Ryan
I think you want to go with V6, don't you? 4 cyl won't be enough - i am towing with v6 tucson with 190 hp engine and it's ok, but would like a little bit more power. My boat package is aroung 1100 lb and v6 tucson is rated for 2000 lb. If you want to have new vechile for long time go with v6 only.
Chad your is V6 270 hp engine, isn't? Towing capasity is 3500 lb?

There is a place in Orillia called Rockey's. They do sharpening of those blades. They have a special machine from Sweden. It's $4 per blade. Cut like new after that. Only one problem he is closed on weekends.

It's awesome looking tool. Nice job.

Thanks Costa, its the Trailhawk model. Pretty good offroad so far.
Chad, would be possible for you to do some kind of review in a month or so? Thinking of getting new car and this one was on my list as well. Thanks

Came from Nipissing yesterday. Caught only one ling at 2 am Friday morning on huge dead minnow right on the bottom. Was using regular tip up inside hut. Second night brought me a nice mud puppet on the same setup.

Just came back from smitty's this afternoon. Spend 2 full day fishing and 2 night. Can't say fishing was a blast. But each of us get at least 2 small eyes a day. This morning fishing definetely improved. Got 15 incher and lost another 4 fish on way up.Really good conditions here at smittys both ice road and fish!
Dave - owner is really cool guy.
