i have a 19 foot harber craft with a suzuki 150 hp four stroke. the prop size i have on now is working well i hit my 6000 rpm and im getting about 53-56 mph according to my gps. im looking at buying another prop because my prop got dinged and i want a new one. if i need a new one it will cost me about $600 i found a couple on ebay that are the same pitch but different diameter so i have a 14 1/2 x 25 and i found a 13 3/4 x 25 for $200 i also found a 4 blade propeller 14 x 25 for $ 220. so this why im asking. will these props make a huge diffrence.
You should gain 100-200 rpm with the 13 3/4 and you will probably lose about the same with the 4 blade.
The 4 blade will drop a couple of mph on top end but will come out of the hole better and grab better in the turns. The 13 3/4 may lose a couple of mph on top end and will lose just a bit on the hole shot.

I have a new 7wt steelhead taper Sharkskin line on order so I can't tell you yet, but I bought it on the advise of a freind that owns a guide service in Alaska. He has been running the lines for 3 years now and swears by them. All of his loaner rods are lined with them and after 3 years of hard use they are still in excellent shape. Other lines he has used in the past had to be replaced at the end of the year as they were worn out. He says they cast very well and are excellent mending lines.
I'll take mine out for a spin when the ice finally goes out late next month.

Just as Fishlogic said.
Go to court, explain your case and hope for the best.
It never hurts to go over the regs wth a fine tooth comb and then try to remember them. The C.O did do his job so you can't falt hom for that. Like everything else in this country you have to understand the laws. For your sake I hope you don't end up with a record and that is why if you are right or wrong you have to put together a good defence for court. Good luck to you and next time read the regs. If you don't get it then ask here or even better get proper clarification first.
He won't end up with a record. It's no different than a speeding ticket.
I had an issue many moons ago in my teens where I thought I was not in sanctuary water but because I was just upriver of the down stream side of a bridge I was considered in the sanctuary. My mistake and I paid the fine and all is done. It happens, pay your fine and get on with your life.
I went to court anyway and had the fine cut in 1/2. So if your time is worth $90 go, if not pay the fine.

I was in Isle of Roatan a month or so ago. Amazing place, but didn't do any fishing. Saw tons of them including a Permit while snorkelling the reefs there.
It is definitely a place I would like to go back to.
I have a buddy that lives in Roatan that stayed with me last month.
Might have to get him to return the favour sometime.

And did that quote include items like the $50 circuit breaker and a power socket to plug into? Still stuff he needs even if someone jumps up to help wire things up for him. I'm 2 hours North and a tad strapped for time.
Not to mention wire ain't free.

The NWT is a small place and I have met most of the candidates personally and I know who I'm voting for and no matter what the party leaders say they will never sway my vote because for the most part they can't be believed. My choice is based on local performance and the fact he has nothing to do with the red or blue parties!! If you want my vote don't align yourself with those lying buggers.
Nuff said!!
