yea saw lots of people fishing near rocks in the evening.there was lots of fish marking there.i was not sure it was fish or not

Today was my first time downrigging.We launched boat around 8:45am from Bluffers park.We went straight to Blue Zone.Within hour we hooked 1 good size salmon.It was nice and silver.It was caught on orange spoon.It was caught from 295FOW and 50ft on downrigger.There was some fish marking but all scattred.We were there till 1:15pm.We tried upto 350FOW but no luck.Near to shore around 10ft deep there were lots of fish marking.But didn't try much there as it was very close to rocks. The 3rd pic you see has lots of fish marking on fish finder.Is that really fish.pls let me know.thx I thank you all members who replied.Because of your suggestion's i was able to catch my first salmon on downrigging Here is picture attched.Enjoy!!

Do you think it is good idea to give it a try for guy who is going first time specially this time of year.

Guys i am still kind a confuse.Can some1 reply if my understanding is right.Bluezone starts from 300+ft of water.So does it mean on my fish finder when i reach at depth 300ft i start downrigging.and once i reach the 300ft+ depth i let go my downrigger weight 100ft & start trolling.is this what it mean by above quote.let me know.thank you

I am also thinking of launching my boat for last time this year.I will be launching from Bluffer's Park.So can some1 tell me how far should i go for bows.This will be my first time downrigging. Guys i have Doral Bowridder with OMC 3 liter engine.engine is running great and less used.The maximum it goes is 30mph.I wana get new engine so i can go more faster.Does any1 know any place where they sell new engine and have trade in option.let me know.thank you

guys i opened and cleaned my carburetor.Now i need to do setting(rpm screw).does any1 has knowledge how to adjust that.right now when i pull it starts some time,some time it doesn't,some time it starts in full rpm.let me know.thx if some1 has spare time and know how to adjust it.i can bring motor to ur home.let me know if some1 can help me out.thx

yes it does have power tilt /trim. I need boat for trolling in lake ON.so do u think this would be ok or u suggest not to take this boat on Lake ON.let me know.thx

he is living far from lake but he is ready to test motor at home by putting big drum of water.I am gona see it running then i will buy it. The damage is very little.he hit something .I saw the job is very well done.Damage fix properly.It is very small damage like 3" inch.you would not even see it.The guy was honest.He told me about this damage upfront. i didnt get what you are saying about trailer.do u mean trailer is not good.i check it properly and it looks way better then my old trailer i sold.let me know.thx He is alone old guy in house .I think that is why he is selling.He also has other small boat. let me know.thank you
