Now you have a long term contract and are defending it, the new coach is labeled as a no Bull coach who is demanding on the players and you think that is good. On top of that he doesn't hold perimeter, non contact players like Kessels in high regard. Tell me this. How long will it be until Carlysle alienates the team, and Kessel? And how long will Burke tolerate the coach not favoring his pet player? You guys criticize Don Cherry for speaking out and being consistent in his views but, like a bunch of hypocrites you flip flop like a bad waffle. Like a freeking soap opera...As the leaf turns. I thought a laff fan was a laff fan for life? Now you say you would trade in the blue and white!!! What if Crawford was a good fit? At this point the laffs should consider any possibility, what they have obviously isn't working. The only thing I can see that would improve the team is a new GM and maybe coach, all the wind and Bull Burke slung around when he first came to the laffs is a joke now. If I could correct your assumption. It's not that the Sens (PRAISE ALFIE) are 11 points ahead of the laffs, it's all about the lack of points the laffs have and how bad they suck! I think the laff fans should be commended for their wide spread dedication of a team that consistently sucks soooo bad they can't make the playoffs and haven't won a cup for over 40 years and it doesn't look bright for the future. Now as far as booing a player from another team in his own rink, I guess if you have no team priorities and have nothing to cheer about in your own rink, they do what you have to.
