Nothing new from Apple. Never really had much good things to say about my iPhone, never a dropped call though
-
What about the muskie guys? They never bring home a meal
-
Yes everyone should learn to love the foam...doesnt do much for lower ends unfortunately
-
Amazing photos...all along the highway to boot! Thanks for sharing

Except 95% of the province doesnt have open water in the winter lol (not in terms of population obviously). I'm usually forced outta the boat by early to mid november

Dipseys come with decent terminal tackle on either side but it definitely doesnt hurt to run a good quality crosslock snap swivel ahead of it all. Run a snubber as well, especially if you use braid or wire as a mainline

Spruce grouse and huuuge walleye...looks like a blast

I love OFC!

We were in tents. There are no public lodges in this zecdid you guys camp or stay at a lodge?

Oh yeah, he put lots in the boat.

Yep I'd stay away from the Rapala reels. The Okuma convector or even the Daiwa Accudepth is a much better product for the price

Native species take precedent over introduced species for recreational purpose in most cases.

Looks like a kwikfish with a line of beads instead of a body. Looks like a lake trout and speck killer

Very nice rig. Many, many years of life left in that rig still!

Wow, incredible stuff! I believe you'd be hard-pressed to find a better pike fishery anywhere in the world based on this report. Did you spend any time targetting other species?
-
Fish this weekend are definitely transitioning to fall mode, up here anyway. 90% were taken on crankbaits suspended over the deepest dropping shorelines on the lake. The big gators are starting to wake up too!
-
Nice job! What do you mean by hybrid?

Awesome photoessay Mike!! You've experienced the country like few people have. Next up, east coast!

I wear mine 100% of the time while in the canoe, and sometimes in the tin can, but even when it's not on I make sure it's accessible, and not stuffed away at the bow under a pile of other gear
-
His dude story about deep hooking it and apologizing to it was some hilarious stuff!
-
Great report! What kind of water temps are you looking at down there?
-
Looks like we're in for 40-50 tonight plus potential for some boomers, then a weekend of nice cool weather for trout closer
-
Gramps bait is what you're thinking of, and yes he's still around, and has bait as well as a great tackle selection. He may be your best bet for your timeframe to be honest.

If you're lookin just for minnows, billy bob's, NB outfitters, discount bait and tackle, bobs bait (on trout lake rd) are all good, but NB outfitters and Cdn tire are the only places with good tackle selections
What lies beneath.....
