Have they improved the durability of their finishes? I have the smelt jerkbait and caught a few pike on it, really effective jerkbait, but after 2-3 pike the finish was already wrecked.

One thing to consider is that depending on how late into Sept you plan on going, bow season may be open for moose, and if that operator caters to moose hunters it may be hard to get in there if you don't book early. This area is insane with out of town hunters come fall

Thats funny, my girlfriend's grandpa has probably the same year moto4, and pretty much the same back story, only this one still runs like a top! Probably the most fun you can have on four wheels, he even welded a shifter out of an old pickup onto the foot shifter to change gears by hand lol

 

They may only be 2wd,but they can pull a lot of weight and if you get it stuck just pick it up and move it...

I'm going to get out on the ice a couple times this week, and then that will likely be it for my season. Wednesday we had our sleds on 16-17" of mostly black ice, but it will go quick when the rain shows up.
