Did they have the fenwicks on sale? That's what I'm waiting for
I can get a good price on Fenwicks at a local shop. PM me what you're looking for.

That looks excellent. Does it have a concave lip for popping? It's hard to tell in the photo.

as a lab owner.... I know how serious they take their food... I made a point of putting my hand into his food bowl as he was eating to stop the food issues he had as a puppy... still today I could put my hand in his food bowl, or take it away while he is eating without any problems....
Perhaps this is something YOU should try... when you feed him tomorrow morning, put your hand in his bowl and move it around... and if he reacts then correct him. this just might fix the problem and help exert your dominance.
Not something I'd attempt when the dogs already ten years old, but that IS a good idea.

Labs are VERY serious about their food. My yellow is 11 now, and I know he wouldn't do that to anyone in the house, but to a stranger? When there's food involved who knows...They get grumpy when they get old. I wouldn't be so hasty, regardless.

I didn't mean to come across as confrontational. I see no use in pointing fingers over political affiliation.

Ahh yes, I forgot about the valiant Orange. Or I gues you could be bloq as well. My sincere appologies.
What does my affiliation or support for any party have to do with this? I wave no flag for any party, as I'm not so jaded as to think any suit dummy on parliament has any concern for my best interests.
And if you think ANY majority government would like their citizens fully involved in key environmental decisions, then you think too highly of those in power.

Funny how you mention this but I presume you're a liberal since you seem to be against the rights, Wasn't it the liberal Leader in the last election that was an american defector? Stick up for Canada be a liberal you say? Hmm, it was the american liberal leader that was one of the big reasons why I voted for the conservatives for the first time in a federal election.
We don't live in a country with a two-party system...

I've really enjoyed watching the Sens play this year. Super fun team to watch.
People don't actually like Vancouver, do they?

Excellent video. You've got me motivated to sort out my camping gear

Otherwise, the public might not be able to grasp the significance of the research and individuals won't be able to form their own opinions and come up with alternative theories, should they want to.
Precisely what they want!
An open, science-based community of critical thinkers in this country might just be detrimental to Stephen and his bunch of backward-thinking criminals. An ugly picture is starting to unfold...

I use whatever 8-12 lb mono I happen to have kicking around and put maybe 20-25 yards on. Use a back-to-back uni and connect your braid.

Filter feeders like zebra mussels have greatly reduced biological productivity in the great lakes, which has had a massive effect on trout and salmon, which some others touched on in the Ganny thread much better than I could. However, walleye and bass populations seem to be flourishing, which be attributed to many other factors, like warmer average water temps...

The thread title had me expecting a good joke...
Great work though!

Those jumpy browns are the best kind! Nice football!

Nice going. I wacked 6 or 7 pig largemouth on jerkbaits while pike fishing today...No pike to boot...
They obviously weren't spawning, and were smashing baits in 4-8 FOW. I've never seen them so aggressive this early in the year.
-
I'll be on Weller's Bay tomorrow, which will definitely be doable for you. There are two public launches and more than likely some better spots to cast from shore. Bring some twitchbaits
-
Nice! This might force you to fish somewhere other than Nipissing.
Would also be nice for the whities in sturgeon!
-
If you wanna catch panfish this time of year, just put a micro tube under a slip float and fish shallow bays until you get bit...you'll know when you've found them.

Yes, he's prolific to say the least.
Listening to some Northcote...Awesome canadian talent. Hoping to see his set on April 2nd in Toronto.

I don't use braid, and will always tie direct unless I'm specifically esox fishing. I'm also not the type to fly through my whole tackle box in a days fishing.

So those that fish the opener, are really fishing steelhead, not rainbows? So the wording "Rainbow opening weekend", is wrong"
They're the same species...steelhead is a term used to describe rainbow trout that migrate to spawn. Seems like a pretty basic concept...?
what song are you listening to right now???
