I know the area quite well. I believe it's posted, and for this reason I never tried there. It's on the grounds of a monastery.

Yeah, the action was pretty hot there this week. Nice Job! I was amazed at the number of trees that had fallen over and into the stream since the last time I was there.

As already mentioned, keep your drag as loose as possible, but I also tie my rod to a rock or stump with a few feet of rope.

That's an insane hole. I'd hate to be in the rough I wonder if anybody can shed some light on this, it just might help my game some. When courses post distances, is it a visual line to the green, or does the distance take contours into account as though you were walking to the green?

Hey all, first report here...been reading others' and it's time to give a little back. The fishing was tough, but rewarding.... learned some new techniques and had a blast. Casting 15 - 18 ft leads was very challenging but I did manage one fish that went on a couple of exhilarating runs. What a rush! Can't wait to get back. Here's a pic Enjoy!
