  1. Spent a couple days over the last week chasing some spring browns around Lake O.

Had to jump from port to port to keep on the green water and warm water, alot of runoff and wind has made it a fish as you go week but we ended up doing pretty good.

Best lure was the good old Jr thunderstick in perch and Firetiger, it is my go to lure for spring browns especially in water less then 10 feet.

Most fish came of the boards with one good one coming on a flat line run right down the middle.

Manged to get my 2 freinds there first browns ever and myself a new personal best! This was great because I have been stuck on my old personal best for browns for about 9 years now!!

    On with the fish pron!!!

  2. Man how can this be a continuing problem after so many years of study.

This lake should be a perennial hotspot for eyes like it used to be. Time for the MNR to get there act together. It can be done , hell close the fishery if you have to. It looks like its bled to death a litlle more every year.

    What a waste!

  3. Im with Fang on this one.

That was one of the things I was going to buy, there is no way it was a substitute as people wouldnt have benn lined up for it that night.

Friends and staff, thats seems pretty shady thiere part and if it wasnt, what about the people that were coming to buy one, now they are out of stock.

  4. I have to get mine done as well, the hardest part is for any company it seems people say is good another says they are bad! Man I dont know who to trust.

If I remember the City of Burlington passed a bylaw last year that needs you to get a permit to do it, I remember reading it was to control the percentage of paved to unpaved frontage on a property.

  5. Here is a pic of the great lures I won through the FoF show review. Thanks to Mr Mercer and TJ. I will be using some of that plastic tomorrow while trying to catch some Lakers.

  6. Yes been shooting for 30 years, would like to get better at it but like anything its a time investment.

Bowhunting is the best,,,,silent .. you get to see nature at its best when it doesnt think you are there.

Not sure what awaits me after I mangled my arm this winter, but will try my best. Maybe this will force me into reworking my form.

  7. I was hoping we had our own tax accountant in our group here, ill bump this and let a few more people read it.
