What kind of seats are those you have in you canoe? I've got a scanoe and need to start looking at some options for next season sitting with the knees bunched up gets old real fast for a a lot of people lol

Yeah they are look at Jarome Iginlas contract "Forward Jarome Iginla has agreed to a one-year contract with the Boston Bruins, the team announced Friday. Iginla's base salary is $1.8 million and the contract carries incentives of $4.2 million for an annual salary-cap figure of $6 million."

I wouldn't mind seeing him get 5.5 + performance bonus but how would you react to a pay cut? In all reality I see him probably getting a new deal in between what he's getting now (6.5mill) and 7. But I still like the performance bonus idea lol wishful thinking, this all being said I think the leafs do rely very heavily on him and to let him walk would be a travesty because who would pull all those long tough minutes for them otherwise? He is definitely a huge asset to them in my eyes

I agree he's got to be more consistent but if he can play like he did against Pittsburgh game in and game out it would be a massive improvement and the way I see Phaneuf right now is still working on his transition from being a bang and smash defender like how he was encouraged to be under Ron Wilson with the whole 'run and gun' mentality that we now see Gardiner trying to shake off and conform to a more defensive minded playing style that Carlyle preaches

LOL at bozak he always gets pissed at the ref for screwing around and fake tossing the puck so he ends up getting thrown, it was the same story last year too

+1 to that, weird how he didn't even give the leafs a chance to re sign then went to the KHL and not too long ago I read he wants to come back to the NHL, but he was a great grinder
