  1. If you pry off the little plastic cover on the top edge of the key , you can pull out the security "chip"(transponder) and put it in a bowl of dry rice, to help dry it better. Don't you have a second key?

I did this with my Expedition key after I fell out of the boat ( I put mine in oatmeal ) rice is safer.. very common in all smart keys ( all makes).

  2. I know a few guys who keep a hacksaw in their boats to cut the " pearls" out of the Sheep's head then sink the fish... :stretcher:

I myself will keep a few every season to BBQ ,great mild taste and big white flakes... :thumbsup_anim:

As for the decline in Nipissing's Walleye population ( by the way, for many Nipissing anglers, I know a whole bunch of them, 2012 is going to end up being banner year for Trophy Walleye and daily catches of 30+ fish :good: ).... there are a lot more places that someone can point a finger at than the poor Ol'Sheepshead.

I'd love to get out for some Nipissing Sheepshead or anything else for that matter , I haven't wet a line since Father's Day , work has me by the ..... :(

  3. I've sold enough parts to build a lot full of cars ... Mevotech and Beck are good brands .... OE isn't always best , the aftermarket is at a bare minimum as good as the OE ( I'm talking white box offshore stuff , economy, value priced ) they have a minimum standard to meet and that standard is OE. Now when you get into brands like MOOG ,A/C Delco, TRW, they are generally better than OE and have a better warranty , so I guess waht I'm saying is , whatever brand you choose it's always at least as good as what the vehicle came with when it was new . ( even if it doesn't have a grease fitting)

quick and easy trap.... they can hold about 1/2 to 3/4 lbs of leeches

I find that cool or shaded water in a marshy area works best ...

too easy not to share , nobody should pay retail price for leeches.
