tonyb Posted March 26, 2007 Report Share Posted March 26, 2007 I think I heard or read somewhere that if they aren't released by April 18th, they are being asked to wait until Jan 1, 2008 to avoid the confusion of a regulation change just before opening season for most of the sportfish species.
