Guest Johnny Bass Posted November 24, 2009 Report Share Posted November 24, 2009 Thanks for posting this-- Here is just a thought, but I am sure all the intelligent people of this board all ready SHOULD know this--- The scam here is simple- Al Gore and many others are trying to take something that is Science and turn it around and make people pay for something created out of thin air--- Al has already invested millions if not billions on creating a company to sell CARBON CREDITS- ( more or less-- the same as what Ken Lay did with ENRON) Those carbon credits will be purchased so that YOU can have heat, and other things--- My question is this: What are they going to do with that money----( i know many will reply with-- it will create green projects) Thats fine-- If there were a OZONE store- where we can just simply buy more ---wouldn't we have already fixed this problem. If the world was really serious about Climate Change--- then the world needs to TAX the corporations that are spewing the most pollution out. Tax them to pay for this NOT the people --- dont you all think we are taxed enough all ready? No No No. Thats the federal reserve that makes money out of thin air and leaves the tax payer the bill. Corporations are being taxed heavily, but how do they offset the costs? They raise their prices so who always pays for it?We do. Did you hear about the floating ice bergs off New Zealand today? Or did you hear about the swarms of Jelly fish swimming to shore a few weeks ago? Anyone that denies that there is a problem does not have eyes. You just look outside your window and it is evident. The question is, is it a natural cycle or are the humans responsible. Every one is scramabling to lay claim to the NW passage and all the islands in the northern hemisphere. When all that ice melts, there is going to be vast amounts of resources to be had. And places like Canada and Russia will enjoy more warmer climates resulting in a longer fishing season. YAY! Unfortunately if the rate of thaw increases dramatically? You will see more freak weather and natural disasterslike floods, tornadoes and hurricanes.
