NAFTA has always been a horrible thing.

I'm amazed this many of you have knowledge, and opinion, and seem to quite passionate about all of this. When Canada has an election, I'd bet there's only a handful of people in the US that have any idea of who is even running, or any knowledge of how the system works. I'd bet there is even less a chance that anyone cares.

 

Don't worry...as I've said before....Donald Trump won't be running the country. He'll certainly take credit for the successes and failures within his tenure though.

 

As an American, it was clear Hillary tried (and almost succeeded) to buy the election. And if I would have had to withstand four years of hearing her shrieking voice I would have surely moved to your side of the border.

 

Donald or Hillary...really doesn't matter much. Life here in the states rolls on...as it has for many, many presidential elections.

tootoo has native blood...i learned an important life lesson when i was 6 years old, i watched 13 year old brother drop the gloves with a native kid from cranberry portage, needless to say it didn't end well for my brother.

I can attest that there is truth behind it however.

(For the record my kids have native ancestry as well)

My kids first fight was a mix of emotions. Other team cross checked our goalie, my son didnt think twice.

That kid had no idea what was coming, and im sure its still in the back of his mind.

Funny thing was the other childs parents apologized to us and complimented Braydon on his hockey knowledge lol.

I never measured it Geoff, just a guess. Maybe 14" but I doubt any bigger. She was fat though! And guess what was in her belly? A frog!

Only fish I measured was Lilys walleye just so I know what she has to beat next time!

Very thick this way. Limits all 4 outings and quick! Bray is out with his buddy shooting birds right now.

I hope he gets a limit to go with todays fish we caught!

Our daughter celebrated her 6th bday this weekend! Good times!!!

Saturday morning came and she begged to go fishing... who am I to say no?

But first I had chores etc so when those were done, it was already 5pm by the time we hit the river.

Absolutely gorgoeus out! +21 and barely a breeze!

The bite was slow but we managed a few small walleye and a couple nice crappie?

Really cool thing happened. 4 casts in a row and I caught 4 species...

First came a 26" northern, then a 15" walleye, then a 13" crappie and finally a rock bass. That was pretty cool!

Today we headed out early, again, beauty of a day! By 9am it was already +16. Woot woot

We laid tobacco as per usual and got a nice 19" walleye second cast!

Then a 15"er, a few rock bass, then a hefty 28" pike.

A few more good eaters and she was almost time to head in.

Then bang! Fish on! Not me but Lily! Her first walleye as a 6 year old and she fought it like a champ! Her arms tired, the fish finally showed itself! A quick measure and pic and there it is, her new PB walleye, 18"???
