Almost game time! Now i can sit and watch the intermissions lol

I think the craving for diet soda is stronger than nicotine lol. Time for a big glass of perrier

lol, not gonna happenThe wheels seem to be falling off early this year. The problem is soft defence and lazy forwards. They should be calling for Carlysle's head any time now.

Thanks for all the advice. Always appreciated. Just a quick update. Slept real good again last night. I already feel like i can breathe better. But thats in between major coughing fits, which seem worse in the am and right before bed. Its pretty gross but thebody way of filtering out the chemical sludge seems pretty efficient. The days seem longer because your able to do so much more when your not stopping to smoke, i find that awesome! Ive drank lots of grean tea with honey and lemon and some peppermint just to soothe the am coughs. Feel great otherwise! Cravings are nil throughout the day. I get some in the evenings but there not as bad as the morning. Mid day is no problem. Still a little short tempered though

I just cleaned out a cone at our water plant last week or so. Pretty gross stuff. Our plant draws well water though not from the river like other nearbye towns. Lots of nasty lime to clean out.

yep , thats exactly how its done. Sure sucks more people didnt stand up in protest alot of these new bills that were ushered inRich Chlorine is actually easy to remove it is volatile and actually removes itself when exposed to atmospheric pressure. It can be accelerated by exposure to sunlight band spectrum. The combination that a lot of places use is chloramine which is a chlorine and ammonia based product that resists flashing and is less expensive to use. Both compounds are easily removed using a carbon based filtration system but since the carbon absorbs the products and does not change it you then have a carbon contaminated with the products you removed from the water.

-
After a few weeks of no tv im stoked to be able to watch the game!!!
-
Had some grean tea/ lemon first thing instead of coffee. Got ready quick and just left to work. Cravings are pretty strong, just sippin water now instead of smoking. Slept real good last night which kinda surprised me. Funny my mind keeps telling me" go get smokes" lol. Nah, f that
-
I had my first real craving about an hour ago. A nice salad with spinach and fruit solved that. Im ready for bed. Hope that goes well. Have a good night OFC!
-
lol, simple yet trueI don't know how anybody in Canada can afford to smoke there anyway!!!

Good luck man....it's encouraging that you have done your "research". However that is such a very very tiny piece of the puzzle. Will power and commitment are far more important. The first 60 days are easy...the upkeep is the true test.
the "research" is a part of my profession lol. I agree with commitment, and thats me, im 100% or nothing. The only problem i foresee is sleeping for the first few days/weeks. I know what works for me and thats too bust my ass day in and day out. Thanks everyone else for the input/support! Id multi quote to address each but i dont know how to on my phone.
