See my post above. You are correct. You have the right to defend your life, your families life on your property. Although a vehicle is your property, its not posing an immediate threat. As much as I dislike thieves, the property owner is not judge, jury and executioner. His charge is justifiable imo

Everyback lake I can get into in my area. A 12ft, a 12 pack, a tent and a paddle. Never did it in 2015 and miss it alot. Nothing beats the small back lakes of NW ontario

Well it certainly sounds like he should take his punishment. Why only 12 years? Thats odd imo Is the the accused underage or something? Killing 4 people and getting 12 years is surely the punishment not fitting the crime
