I bought eskimo auger from LeBaron last year and had to exchange it 2 times. Spend a little bit more and get a better one, Swede-Bore is great one - see if you can get it on sale. Where are you planning to fish and what will be your primary target - if it's a panfish go with 6', bigger - 8'. You will need a bucket for minnows and chair to seat. Probaly a tip-up as well. You will need a small sled - i got mine form CT last year 50% of to get everything to place. I forgot about lures - at least couple rapalas jigging raps, small and big williams, bad boys. Another member Hirk is selling a lot of staff 50% off right now - check classified.

I was using this one all last season: http://www.costco.ca/Browse/ProductSet.aspx?Prodid=10352729&search=ice+shelter&Mo=1&cm_re=1_en-_-Top_Left_Nav-_-Top_search&lang=en-CA&Nr=P_CatalogName:BCCA&Sp=S&N=0&whse=BCCA&Dx=mode+matchallpartial&Ntk=Text_Search&Dr=P_CatalogName:BCCA&Ne=4000000&D=ice+shelter&Ntt=ice+shelter&No=1&Ntx=mode+matchallpartial&Nty=1&topnav=&s=1 I was really impressed with it quality - material is really good - 600d polyester (most of cheap pop-up shelter are 300 d polyester), good zippers and poles. Price is good too - it was $203 with taxes delivered to my door. -

I was fishing Picton Bay last weekend. Didn't get any walleye, perch bite was on all day. Saw one boat who hooked a walleye, talked to the guy - it was around 3 lbs, no more fish for him. He said it's too warm, need to wait couple weeks at least.
-
I really like these guys: http://www.thenextbite.com/TNB_Episodes All free. Enjoy it.

Cosmos replied to Terry's topic in General Discussion
I checked that one on the ice fishing seminar last year, looks like really good suit to me, but i would say i doesn't look so warm. On the seminar people were saying that those suits are on sale in JB Depot. -

I was in basspro yesterday, they are selling blue(marine) stabil, it was I think $11
-
I would like to thank everybody - you guys really helped. Today I finally solved the issue. Got the same set of light and put them on the trailer, they started working right away. I guess one of the lights had bad wiring. Thanks again
-
I have a question - If i am constantly using SeaFoam, do i need to add a StaBil as well? On SeaFoam can notice says that it's good as fuel stabilizer. On, yeah, Stabil is in my Canadian Tire as well.
-
Guys, don't forget that is a brand new set of lights, this is the reason I didn't check them yet. I hope tomorrow I will finish with trailer, because today I have to stay late at work.
-
This will be my next step - replace all bulbs, after i will finish with ground issue. I checked the bulb already an it's look good to me, i didn't switch it with working one yet. Don't forget that turn signal was flashing.

Questions about deep cycle battery and charger
Cosmos replied to rhymobot's topic in General Discussion
I got mine from Walmart, it's Energizer 27 series deep cycle battery. I have it for 1 year already - it's working just fine. Walmart is giving you 1 year warranty. I bought on sale it was $108 for this battery, original price was $125. I wouldn't buy used one, it's a lottery - it might be good might be bad. -
I will try to hookup my friends trailer to see what happens. Got tested the car and mechanic said - it's ok. Try different magnetic lights and it was ok. Mechanic said - ground issue, will be working on it for next couple days.
-
I didn't try it with trailer hooked up to the car. Will try to check it today.
-
Guys, I didn't ask if i need to check any fuses?
-
Irishfield, I was using magnetic lights for testing, same thing - passenger side is ok, drivers isn't working.
-
Bernie, I think you are right. This tester was not working on the old converter at all. With new converter it's showing all good. Once trailer is connected passenger side is working fine, but drivers isn't, I guess you are right - it's something wrong with wiring on the car side. Will take a car to mechanic and will have it install by pro.
-
Picked up a small tester from CT to check the connection. It's showing the issue with car wiring, will change converter today.
-
I will check the ground tomorrow morning again. Thank you for your advise.
