  1. There was a Killarney report on here not too long ago....can't remember who posted it....but the fishing has really rebounded over the last few years from what I've read and heard.

The report on here from this past summer had lots and lots of smallies in it...

Thank you! I'll have to try searching with less keywords! :whistling:

  2. LOL.. we actually have 3 copies of excite bike and three NES units... That unit was found in the shed when we bought the camp. We also have our original here that we bought the kids in about 1989 and another that our daughter picked up somewhere along the line when going to Ryerson.

Awesome! I love your place in Pen reminds me of my cottage, but I guess its just up the road anyways... and someone in Fort Erie has a heating and air company called Temagami! I was confused when I saw where it was on a map.

And my older brother sold all our NES stuff when I was about 10... not much I could do back then! Oh the memories!

  3. I took my training at TRIOS college.

The course I took was the 52 week Network Engineer course.

Be prepared to spend some $$$$$ though. Back in 1999 when I went the cost was $20,000 for the year. It paid off big time though as I'm now an IT Manager with the government of the North West Territories. :thumbsup_anim:

I wish I could talk my wife to moving out of the Niagara Region... so many better paying IT jobs anywhere else!

  4. in total agreement with you ch312.i guess when someones loses a familly member to a terrible accident like this, they look for someone to accept responsibilty.unable to place the blame on their loved ones, they lash out at what they consider the cause of the death. I spoke with his wife yesterday and she has accepted that he was new to atv'ing, and confided to me that the son was the one pushing for compensation.i guess this is the only way he can rationalize the loss of his dad.

all i know is its sad for everyone, and i'm sure the poor landowner has been shaken up very badly too.we never seem to think about that, but he must feel terrible.

  5. i appreciate that. and agree with you 100%. i only took offense to the comparison used by the other member. It was human error not a blatant disregard for others property nor his own life.a moment of blissful distraction followed by a fatal mistake

    thanks again

It happens, but you can't get mad at someone for using a wire.... its not his fault either.
