Well believe it or not. at one point i flipped a rock IN 20 FOW. and i got a hit ,i set the hook and then he let go at the boat. I SWEAR TO THE LORD! 6 Smallies were following behind. i ended up catching one of his friends that was following the crew! Talk about a feeding frenzy man!!

Well me and my cousin went out for some fall Large Mouth bass. What better technique than flipping the edges and the logs and the drop offs. well the bass was dead but the pike was alive. we caught 3-4 of them of the FLIP!! Here is the best of the day a nice 9 lbs pike! Black and bleu trailler on a black and bleu jig...... BYE BYE! till next time mr. pike. and a big congrats to ryan on his best pike this year! who would have known on the FLIP of all things...

Well GCD. if your going to ask.... today was stephanies day out. she chooses what we do all day. she manedged to get some nice numbers. to start with she caught her first bass on the flip. Then there was a bass i missed earlier just when we arived . i pitched a log and a seriouse bass fallowed the lure right to the boat but i guess we were to close. i marked the spot and we fished 4-5 houres. then we came back. Put this in your brain. when you see a big one come back he will still be right there. this happened a couple of times. with out a dought. she flips the same log.( a pefect cast might i add) and BOOM. he takes the lure! 4.2 large mouth bass. (not her personnal best) but didnt want to miss it. I lipped the bass right out of the water. she was saying . manque les pas .manque les pas .manque les pas .manque les pas .manque les pas .manque les pas .manque les pas .manque les pas .manque les pas . it was a hard day out on a great lake . but with the nice weather and the odd fish who cares!

i was comming up to the beaver dam iand i remmeber seeing the same boat going around 3 times around the bay befor i had made half of the bay flipping and pitching. then i flipped the dam 4 times... the last time i fliiped right in front where the wind was pushing . its a branchy drop off that goes to 5 FOW. i pulled the first time... hit a branch. the sencond time the bass had already taking it. i pulled and felt the bass pulling back. set the hook and then i felt the weight.... it took not more than 30 senconds and the bass was in the boat. well with 50 lbs power pro and flipping 6-7 feet in front of the boat. you dont expect a huge fight. drag set one click befor the MAX! i lipped the bass and i was tromatized..... iv been looking for this bass all year.. FINALY happened. 5.7 on the digital. what a brute. the best part is that i has no net. who needs a net anyways!

Well i got off ealy from work today. Got online and saw that my cousin was online so i shoot him a message. DUDE tell your boss your taking the rest of the day off. Because he works at the gouverment he was able to leave at 2 pm. we get to our spot at around 3pm. Beeing new to the flipping and pitching technique. i told myself ill try this all day if i have too. IT FINALY PAYED OFF BIG TIME!! BASSO WAS HIS NAMOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! picking up the beast! This pig was a brute! 21'' of pure health! not a mark on her. GOT GIRTH??? on this picture you can realy tell its a HOG! continued the day on the flip and i wasent disapointed. got this nice one right befor leaving. then this small one decides he wants a piece of the action. to tell you the truth. i missed one that was about 4 lbs and some change right at the boat. gatta set that hook harder i guess. or put my drag to the max! All and all IM VERY happy with what im seeing so far . PITCH AND FLIP. FOR THE WIN!
